Project Description

  • US$50 million for the entire island (376 acres) or US$26 million for 300 acres
  • Quatre Island Act already in place; allows for more autonomy than Act created for Mustique
  • Attached Act of Parliament guarantees owners several rights, which include – no tax on global income/capital gains, no customs duty on imports, permanent residency for owner(s) and family, ability to issue work permits for foreign essential staff, and authority to issue your own planning regulations
Owning Isle A Quatre is comparable to owning your own municipality; it allows the owners the freedom to develop and operate the island in the way they want to.
